We provide a 3-year warranty for all Smart Glasses purchased through our official website.

Covered Under Warranty

• Hardware defects caused by manufacturing issues

• Electronic component malfunctions (speakers, microphone, buttons, sensors, etc.)

• Bluetooth connectivity issues or functional failures under normal use

• Frame, hinge, or structural defects caused by manufacturing

Not Covered Under Warranty

• Scratches, broken lenses, or frame damage caused by drops, impact, or misuse

• Damage caused by water, liquids, extreme heat, or harsh environments

• Battery degradation due to normal wear and usage over time

• Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification of hardware or software

• The product must not be damaged due to customer misuse
