We provide a 2-year warranty for all VaxaPliers™ (9-in-1) purchased through our official website vaxapack.com.

What’s covered under warranty

• Mechanical malfunctions (pliers, cutter, screwdriver tools not functioning properly)

• Manufacturing defects (hinge, metal body, tools, joints, etc.)

• Issues occurring under normal and intended use

What’s not covered under warranty

• Physical damage from drops, impact, misuse, or improper use

• Damage from water, moisture, chemicals, rust, or extreme environments

• Wear and tear from heavy use (scratches, dull blades, etc.)

• Unauthorized modifications or improper repairs
