We offer a 3-year warranty for all VaxaPack™ vacuum backpacks purchased through our official website vaxapack.com.

Covered under warranty:

• Vacuum compression system malfunction

• Manufacturing defects (zippers, seams, straps, etc.)

• Damage under normal and intended use

Not covered under warranty:

• Tears, burns, or damage caused by misuse, overloading, or impact

• Water, chemical, or environmental damage

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

We’ll get back to you within 48 hours.

60-Day Refund Policy

We always want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience at Vaxapack.
If you are not happy with the product within 60 days of receiving it, you may request a refund.

Eligibility:
– The product must not be damaged due to customer misuse.
– The refund request must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date.
– We may ask for photos or videos as proof of the issue.
