We provide a 2-year warranty for all VaxaMassa™ massagers purchased through our official website vaxapack.com.

What’s Covered Under Warranty

• Motor or massage system malfunction

• Heating function failure

• Battery or charging issues under normal use

• Manufacturing defects (internal components, buttons, ports, casing, stitching, etc.)

• Hardware problems occurring under proper and intended use
  

What’s Not Covered Under Warranty

• Physical damage caused by drops, impact, misuse, or improper handling

• Damage caused by water, moisture, chemicals, or extreme environments

• Wear and tear from excessive force or improper storage

• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or non-approved accessories
