We provide a 2-year warranty for all InvisibleFit™ Sleep ANC Earbuds purchased through our official website vaxapack.com.

What’s Covered Under Warranty

• Earbud hardware malfunctions (charging, Bluetooth connection, sound output, touch controls)

• Manufacturing defects (speaker, microphone, charging contacts, internal components, charging case)

• Battery defects or charging issues occurring under normal use

• Hardware failures caused by manufacturing defects during intended everyday use

What’s Not Covered Under Warranty

• Physical damage caused by drops, impacts, misuse, or improper handling

• Damage caused by water, excessive moisture, chemicals, fire, or extreme temperatures

• Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, or battery capacity reduction from long-term use

• Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or the use of non-approved accessories
