We provide a 2-Year Warranty for all VaxaUmbrella™ products purchased through our official website vaxapack.com.

What’s Covered Under Warranty

• Automatic open/close mechanism malfunction

• Structural defects in ribs, frame, shaft, handle, or locking system

• Manufacturing defects affecting normal use

• Reflective strip, canopy stitching, or assembly defects caused during production

What’s Not Covered Under Warranty

• Damage caused by drops, impact, misuse, or improper handling

• Damage caused by extreme weather conditions beyond intended use (such as storms, hurricanes, or severe wind events)

• Tears, punctures, burns, stains, or cosmetic damage caused by external factors

• Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations

• Normal wear and tear from extended daily use
