We provide a 2 year warranty for all VaxaFlash™ Magnetic Mini flashlights purchased through our official website.

What’s covered under warranty

• Flashlight malfunction (power, charging, lighting, or switch issues)

• Manufacturing defects (LED, battery, charging port, buttons, magnet, casing, etc.)

• Hardware issues occurring under normal and intended use

What’s not covered under warranty

• Physical damage caused by drops, impact, misuse, or improper handling

• Damage caused by water, chemicals, extreme heat, or other harsh environments

• Scratches, cosmetic wear, or damage caused by improper charging or overuse

• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-approved accessories
