We provide a 2 year warranty for all VaxaFan™ High Power fans purchased through our official website vaxapack.com.

What’s covered under warranty

• Brushless motor malfunction or failure

• Fan not functioning properly under normal use

• Speed adjustment or digital display defects

• Charging or battery-related issues under normal use

• Manufacturing defects in the fan, housing, blades, base, or internal components

• Hardware issues occurring under normal and intended use

What’s not covered under warranty

• Physical damage caused by drops, impact, misuse, or improper handling

• Damage caused by water, chemicals, extreme heat, or harsh environments

• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, or cosmetic damage

• Damage caused by improper charging, misuse, or excessive force
