We provide a 1 year warranty for all VaxaBroom™ Wiper (3in1) products purchased through our official website vaxapack.com.

What’s covered under warranty

• Wiper head or cleaning mechanism malfunction

• 180° rotating head failure under normal use

• TPE cleaning blade defects or premature failure

• Handle or connection issues caused by manufacturing defects

• Manufacturing defects in the wiper head, handle, or internal components

• Hardware issues occurring under normal and intended use

What’s not covered under warranty

• Physical damage caused by drops, impact, misuse, or improper handling

• Damage caused by excessive force or improper use

• Damage caused by chemicals, extreme heat, or harsh environments

• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or alterations

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, or cosmetic damage
