We provide a 2 year warranty for all VaxaUmbrella™ Mini umbrellas purchased through our official website vaxapack.com.

What's covered under warranty

• Manufacturing defects in the umbrella frame, ribs, shaft, handle, or folding mechanism

• Failure of the opening or closing mechanism under normal use

• Broken or loose frame components caused by manufacturing defects

• Stitching or fabric defects under normal and intended use

• Hardware issues occurring during normal everyday use

What's not covered under warranty

• Physical damage caused by drops, strong impacts, misuse, or improper handling

• Damage caused by excessive wind, storms, or force beyond normal use

• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, stains, or cosmetic damage

• Damage caused by improper storage or excessive force
